Commission terms are defined by negotiation based on partnership type, volume and support level. Terms are agreed case by case with the partner team.
How long is the certification training?
Bronze training is 4 hours online, Silver is 8 hours with hands-on exercises, and Gold includes an in-person session with the CAPTOSEC team.
Can we move up a level during the year?
Yes, as soon as you reach the minimum number of required active clients. Your account manager validates the upgrade within 5 business days.
Are there fees to join the program?
